Workshop Assistant (Casual) Taupo Based.

Location: Bellwether Head Office, Taupo
Position Type: Casual Contract (Entry-Level)
Hours: 5 – 20 hours per week (Flexible/Agile) Demand based hours allocation.
Compensation: $27 per hour

The Role

Are you looking for a foot in the door? Bellwether is seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our Taupo team as a Workshop Assistant. This is an entry-level position designed specifically for someone looking to gain their first taste of the workforce, build professional confidence, and feel like a valued member of a growing company.

You will be responsible for the hands-on assembly of electronic components and 3D-printed parts. No prior experience is necessary—if you have a positive attitude and a willingness to work, we will teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assembling small electronic components.
Preparing and finishing 3D-printed parts.
Working closely with the production team to meet changing demand.
Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
